
ROMP FESTIVAL RULES
General Information

ROMP is a rain-or-shine event.

All ticket and camping purchases are final. No refunds will be issued.

Festival schedules and artist lineups are subject to change without notice.

Wristbands must be worn securely on your wrist and remain visible at all times. Camping guests must also wear their camping wristband throughout the festival. Wristbands will be checked regularly, so please ensure you are wearing the correct wristband for each day.

If you purchase a single-day ticket and decide to stay additional days, visit the Main Gate to purchase the appropriate wristband.

Seating & Viewing Areas

To ensure clear sightlines for all guests, view-blocking umbrellas, chairs with built-in canopies or, pop-up tents are not permitted within the main performance area.

Performers love an enthusiastic crowd! A designated standing and dancing area will be located in front of the stage. Guests who plan to remain seated are encouraged to place their chairs several rows back from the stage.
Safety & Park Regulations

No smoking is permitted within the interior festival field.
-
Swimming in the lake is prohibited.
-
Private golf carts, ATVs, four-wheelers, and similar vehicles are not permitted on festival grounds.

Drugs, illegal substances, and weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited in Yellow Creek Park.

For traffic and security purposes, all attendees must enter through the main gate and turn right off Highway 144, regardless of previous entry into the park.

Keep yourself and others safe by following all posted rules and instructions.
Pets

Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times and away from the food vendors.

Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and must immediately clean up and properly dispose of all pet waste.

Any dog that is aggressive, threatening, or off leash may result in the owner and pet being asked to leave the festival.
Food, Beverage & Camping

Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages.

Glass containers or bottles are not permitted.
-
A variety of outstanding food vendors will also be available throughout the festival.

Open campfires are not permitted.
-
Grills are allowed; however, all fires must be fully contained and elevated above ground level.
Facilities

Please do not use the spray park as a shower.
-
Free shower facilities will be available, including a shower truck and campground shower locations.

Numerous portable restrooms and indoor restroom facilities will be available throughout the festival grounds.
Families & Children

Children are encouraged to enjoy the spray park and should bring appropriate swimwear.

All children must be supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
Clean-Up

Help keep Yellow Creek Park beautiful by using the trash receptacles located throughout the festival grounds.

Please leave your campsite and festival area clean when departing.
Personal Responsibility
The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum and the Daviess County Parks Department are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Guests are encouraged to keep valuables secured and locked in their vehicles whenever possible.
The Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum, ROMP Festival, and the Daviess County Parks Department are not responsible for injuries resulting from a guest’s failure to follow festival rules, posted warnings, or reasonable safety precautions.
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to ROMP Festival, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You will comply with all festival policies and regulations posted on the ROMP website.

The festival will take place rain or shine.

All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued.

Your image, likeness, voice, or appearance may be captured in photographs, video recordings, or other media during the festival and may be used by ROMP Festival and the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes without compensation.

The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attending the event, whether before, during, or after the festival.

The ticket holder releases and holds harmless the Bluegrass Music Hall of Fame & Museum, ROMP Festival, the Daviess County Fiscal Court, their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, volunteers, agents, officers, trustees, directors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising from attendance at the event.

Tickets will be delivered electronically. Please print your e-ticket or have it readily available on your mobile device when arriving at the festival gate.

Yellow Creek Park Rules
These rules and regulations have been established and will be enforced by Daviess County Parks and Recreation, the Daviess County Sheriff's Department, or the Daviess County Game Warden.
• No peddling, soliciting, or commercial enterprise permitted
• Any damage or removal of park property, living or otherwise, will be grounds for prosecution.
• Disorderly conduct, abusive language, noisy disturbances, or disregard of these rules and regulations will be grounds for immediate removal.
• Children under the age of 12 must have adult supervision. Parents or guardians will be held responsible for unacceptable conduct or any damage caused by their children.
• No alcohol/drugs permitted on park property.
• Equipment is used at their own risk.
• Weapons may not be used on park property.
• Metal detectors are not permitted.
• No non-licensed motorized vehicle allowed at any time in the park. Motor vehicles shall stay on park roads and park only in the designated areas.
• Disturbing or careless operation of motorcycles, automobiles, or other types of motor vehicles will be grounds for removal from the park and/or citation by law enforcement authorities.
• Pets must be on a leash that is five (5) feet or less in length. Pets shall be kept under supervision at all times and not allowed to run at large or to commit any nuisances within the limits of the park. Violation of this regulation will lead to the removal of both the animal and the owner.
• Horses and other animals (excluding leashed dogs) are permitted per park-approved activities.
