Rebecca Bickett - 10am - Vinyasa Flow

Rebecca is a creative, loving yogi who enjoys traveling the world, dancing, cooking and laughing. Through practicing and teaching Baptiste inspired yoga, Rebecca has found her calling in empowering others to find their inner bliss. Since traveling to Nairobi, Kenya in November of 2016 to work with the Africa Yoga Project, she has decided to open 270 Power Yoga, Owensboro’s own Baptiste inspired yoga studio, where everyone who is curious about yoga is welcome. Ericka Roberts - 11am - Sweet Flow

Ericka Roberts, Owensboro Kentucky native, a free spirit, and traveling yoga instructor. When she's not teaching yoga, you can find her in her hammock, hiking with her dogs, she enjoys traveling, listening to bluegrass, camping, art, plants, kayaking, juicing, dancing, reading, and spending time with her bearded man. Ericka teaches at various studios around town including Balance 54 and the Owensboro YMCA. She has been practicing for 3 years, and has found self empowerment and confidence along with a overall healthier and more fulfilled life. She teaches students to find their true path with an open heart, and open mind. Treating everyone with kindness and that yoga is for every-BODY. She is the mastermind behind Owensboro's Tribe Yoga, and welcomes everyone no matter what walk of life into her tribe. 

 

Melissa McIntosh - 2PM 

Melissa McIntosh - Owner of Southern Bliss Yoga Health & Wellness in Sumter, SC  .  I have been practicing , studying & teaching Yoga for ten years under the amazing guidance of amazing teachers. I am certified thru Asheville Yoga & received my 500hr UNITY Yoga certification under the guidance of my teacher Mara Healy . Unity is an authentic, comprehensive approach to yoga skillfully blending the ancient traditions of Indian and Himalayan yoga blended with modern methods. The system coordinates techniques  and practices for body and breath in order to gain control of the mind.  The overall result of practice is balance, resilience and adaptability on  all layers of body, breath and mind.
