ROMP 2019 Vendor Applications

FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION:

Please complete the form below to be considered for a food vendor booth space at ROMP. Spaces are approximately 20 ft x 10 ft, and electricity (2 x 110 or 1 x 220) and water (bring your own hoses and splitters) is provided for standard food prep operations. The fee for a full service vendor space is $700, and $350 for a single item vendor. Full service vendors receive four 4-day tickets for workers, and single item vendors receive two 4-day tickets for workers. Additional worker tickets may be purchased at the vendor rate of $100 each, upon request and limited to four additional tickets. Each booth space will have approximately a 20 ft x 10 ft space behind the booth for storage. Behind the storage space, there is approximately enough space to park a regular size vehicle. Keep in mind vehicle entry and exit of this space is not recommended past 5 pm, due to foot traffic.

Accepted vendors will be notified by April 1st. Payment for booth space will be due by May 15th. Once accepted as a food vendor, you will need to provide a certificate of liability as well as contact the Green River Area Health Department regarding food inspection. Load-in for food vendors will begin at noon on Wednesday, June 26th through noon Thursday, June 27th.
